After four months of complying with my local DMV and completing all requirements I received approval to remove the device. I then sent in my paperwork and was released by Intoxalock. It took 4+ hours on the phone today to finally have the appointment made. Customer service and the Intoxalock installers/removers were barely capable of setting up an appointment and lacked knowledge of the process, not to mention some of them being rude/belittling and phones not being answered by the installers/removers (listen to the recorded calls from my account). People are paying for your service and no matter what this should be run like a proper business… Since I'm here I'm going to also mention all the fees that the initial verbal agreement customer service failed to mention when I chose Intoxalock. I was only able to view the lease agreement after I paid, signed said lease agreement via verbal consent on the phone and then installing the app. Tricky to say the least. MANY lessons learned.
