Good Day, I would like to place a complain about the service I received yesterday @ MR PRICE, WESTGATE. I was there asking to be assisted with an exchanged of clothes that we received as gifts for my daughter. Thee MANAGENER -LEBOGANG KHENTANI she was actually rude and was not interested to hear me out , she just said she can't assist me and left me standing at the till not even saying she's calling her colleague to be also told that she can't assist me because she is a junior assistant. The manner they've addressed me was not professional at all. They called a third person by the name of Petronella Thanjekwayo for her to tell me to go and ask all the people who bought the presents for my daughter, the more I explained to them that it wont be easy this present didn't ave a name of the person who bought it, how am I going to find the person??? All I was asking for is to exchange the clothes to a bigger fitting size on the items that's all. Not even a refund BUT to exchange! WESTGATE MR PRICE, THE POOR SERVICE BY PETRONNELLA THANJEKWAYO, LEBOGANG KHENTANI and PORTIA MOKHUTSANE . Please advice - my number is 0724065222
