My husband and I met with Jason on Friday, July 8, 2016 and the owner of Nature Coast Flooring & Cabinets to quote us for full kitchen remodel at our home. Jason told me that to move forward we would need to get in touch with a contractor to help with the remodeling, which was fine with us. Jason told me that he has a contractor that his company uses, and he would call the contractor on the following Monday to schedule a day when we could all meet again. I told Jason that my husband had 2 vacation days off from work the following week on (July 14-15) Thursday & Friday, so that would be fine. He said he would contact me early in the week to let me know what day and time we could meet with the contractor and with Nature Coast Flooring again. However, Jason never called me like promised. It's 9 days later and I still have NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY. It doesn't bother me that maybe they were too busy to get the contractor out to see me, but how much time does it take to pick up the phone and call the customer who is planning on spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with your company!!! How can I trust a company like this to gut and completely remodel the kitchen if I can't trust them to make a phone call? Obviously, customer service is UNIMPORTANT TO THEM! OR MAYBE BUSINESS IS SO GOOD THAT THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS! I will use my home equity line with a company that cares about our business and will keep their word.
