Customer mistreatment, horrible customer service

Card fraud never investigated. Cards blocked due to "fraud alerts" no notification to customer. Fraud department sadly lacking. Slow or completely absent customer service, director must have low esteem. Vast difference between branches and bank managers. No consistency of policy and operating principle, provincial opinions and suspicions. Verbal expression of personal opinions rather than policy. Overall this runs like a provincial poorly staffed and poorly managed operation. User's recommendation: Go with larger institution with better organization and management.
