Hi! I just got home (7/10/2021) from the Wawa on Old York Rd in Jenkintown, PA. They were very busy and I completely understand mistakes. However, I was hoping for some sort of refund, as I just got home and started eating my sandwich and it isn't what I ordered. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I paid more to add some toppings and they were not included. I ordered the veggie panini and subbed Pepper Jack cheese, and added avocado and salsa. The sandwich I received was not custom - it had Asiago cheese, none of the toppings, and hardly any veggies on it anyway. It was mostly just lightly seasoned bread with some zucchini.
