custom name tags

I ordered custom name tags and was advised of a 10-day delivery window. I've called three times to inquire about the status of my order. The first 2 times, I was advised that that equipment was down and needed repairs. the third time I was advised that the order was on it's way and should arrive later in the week. 7 days past and still no order. Funny ... no activity on my shipping label for my delivery status. Now they will not answer my phone calls. DO NOT PATRON THIS COMPANY!!!
