I ordered tumblers for our prom. Paid for 2 day rush production and 4 day shipping. After 10 days I still didnt have my order. When I called I was told that Id have to pay over $300 more to get my order on time. No matter how many times I asked I would not be put through to a supervisor. As soon as I paid the extortion my order was shipped and I had it delivered on time. These people are overseas and thieves! I will never order from them again. User's recommendation: Total Rip-Off!
