This kettle was accidentally knocked off the counter top resulting in the handle cover getting broken. I have tried to get a replacement part to replace this and so far have been unable to do so. All the parts suppliers are saying parts other than the filters are unavailable. Dualit as a brand is renowned for its serviceability and available parts. I find this very disappointing that a simple plastic part makes this premium kettle unusable especially in the present environmental climate.
