I was unlucky enough to get a Heathrow bound flight from Luxor M761 B737-800 on Monday 5th of september. Not only was the pilot making unescessary course changes and raising and lowering landing gear whilst at least 4000ft above London but the cabin crew were smoking on two occassions coming back and 1 going. I would advise against travelling with this firm despite the new fleet as the service is simply not worth the money.
