On 2/27 we rented a motorcycle from your Miami FL location. Reservation # RMIA0100********. When we went to pick it up they did not have the motorcycle we originally reserved. Instead they tried to rent us a road king that was broke down before we even pulled it out of the parking lot. Then they rented us the Streetglide we originally reserved (That they told us they didn't have available) - After having the street glide we noticed there was some sort of transmission issue. The bike actually broke down on the highway. We were lucky we are experienced and able to navigate to the side of the road safely. We are requesting a full credit for the $744 we paid for the awful experience we had with Eaglerider Miami. Feel free to call me at 845-219-**** to discuss.
