I purchased two (2) items from this company and promptly returned them as they did not fit. After waiting and tracking the return, I contacted the Customer Service number and questioned my refund. The Customer Service representative stated that although their customer policy was not to refund purchases but rather give store credit, they would make a "one time exception" after 10 business days. I promptly received an email confirming this. After waiting 10 business days and not receiving said credit, I once again called Beyond the Rack and questioned the disposition of my refund. I was advised that although 10 business days had passed in the United States where the return had been shipped, the "Returns Department" was closed for the "Easter Holiday" which ran from and included Friday through Monday. Ridiculous! Customer Service representative stated that she would attempt to put a "rush" on the refund when the "Returns Department" returns to work on Tuesday. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again!!!
