Credit Card issue – customer confidentiality exposed

I have a credit card with FGB and have been paying consequently every moth (considering i have been unemployed since last June 2019). I have been calling First Gulf on numerous occasions and kept updating my mobile number but they havent been updating their records on their end. FG Bank has been calling my mum-in-law in my home country (South Africa) and claiming that I've been "kidnapped" and she's "hiding" me so that no-one knows my whereabouts and that I owe the bank money and I have absconded from the UAE. Now, I believe every client signs a customer confidentiality agreement with all banks in the UAE and now i have fallen prey to this incident for a ong time. Not only this, i have had a specific male calling me from the bank using horrific languages at me and my husband threatening the both of us and if we go to the police he will throw us in jail because of the shortfall of my payments.
