Crap customer service from TAP

I had two issues that I raised with tap. Neither of which were responded to AFTER I had flown though for both flights I needed the help prior to flying. They clearly don't give a damn about clients or custom service. Though in fairness the cabin crew are usually very helpful. Avoid! User's recommendation: Avoid using this airline.
