My oukitel y1000 phone has cracked and because I paid for a warranty, will I be able to return the phone back to your company and get another phone? I also brought it on Amazon if that helps. Please email me back soon. User's recommendation: Don't buy oukitel y1000 because it not common phone and it hard to find a phone case or fix your screen.
