They are a good company; I have never had trouble with my service. But I do agree that every month the billing goes up ever so slowly and their customer service people are bastards who do not want to keep you as a customer. Really thought about going to streaming with my fire stick and cutting the cable, but if you add up the internet charges, the different services you subscribe to it come a wee bit cheaper having cox User's recommendation: keep cox unless you're going to use the stick.
