On 10/03 /2021 i was came to the NIMS hospital for RTPCR Test. After the payment i went to the swab receiver nurse dusk at that time i feel one doubt about the test and i going to asked the nurse who are taking my details at that time but the nurse replay was fully irritating, so rudely and irresponsible . 13 years i have been coming into the Nims hospital it is the 1st time i feel bad over there. the cash receiver madam she was very nice but swab taking nurse section very bad .Hence kindly give some training to your some employee's to how to respond to the customer.
