COVID related refund

United Airlines is the only company not refunding money for flights that were cancelled due to COVID in 2020, while receiving Federal money for losses. They provided vouchers to some passengers, but severely limited flights that vouchers can be used for making these useless. Our family situation has changed and some of us that planned to travel last year before the pandemic are not able to travel anymore, yet requests for refunds were denied. Passengers didn't cancel travel, global pandemic did, and other businesses and customers suffered as well, but honored their commitments. Other airlines refunded the money for unused tickets and what United Airlines is doing is akin to theft.Ne User's recommendation: never travel United if you can help. Worst customer service in airline industry.
