Covid-19 return policy

Horrible company! It's unbelievable that Lord and Taylor has not adjusted their return policy due to Covid 19. Every other retailer has shown flexiblility during this unfortunate time. Even with the closing of their brick and mortar stores, they refused to extend their return policy. I spent more than $400 and want to return $100 purchase, but they refused to take it back. I'm completely disappointed and think their poor community values should be known to all their customers. I will never shop here again.
