COULDN’T GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS BY PHONE OR COMPUTER . I WAS TOLD THAT SPEAKING TO A REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT AN OPTION .

CAN I TRANSFER BILLING TO A TENANT THAT I'M TEMPORARILY RENTING TO, OR DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE THE TENANT OPEN A NEW ONE .. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A LADY NAMED FEMI . SHE APOLOGIZED, GAVE ME A COMPLETE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER . I ALSO GOT A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL A DAY LATER TO CONFIRM THE INFORMATION . FRUSTRATING THAT THIS COULDN'T BE ACCOMPLISHED INITIALLY RATHER THAN AS A "PISSED CONSUMER" ! User's recommendation: FIND A WAY TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING . PHONE RECORDINGS HAVE VERY LIMITED OPTIONS .
