Update by user Aug 13, 2021 Thank goodness I did receive my item finally after weeks. Affirm was of no use. Never responded to my emails. No way to contact a live person from Affirm. Original review posted by user Aug 13, 2021 I purchased from Metro Kitchen a large and costly item using Affirm. For days after I ordered the item I never received a confirmation email from Metro Kitchen for shipping my item for a number of days yet they took the money for it from Affirm. My concern was that the company (Metro Kitchen) was a scam. I was never able to get in touch with anyone from Affirm. I figured I will just go to the bank and dispute the Affirm charges then surely someone from Affirm would finally contact me. Within a day or two the item did arrive at its proper delivery location. No help from Affirm! User's recommendation: Be careful with Affirm. It’s terrible that there is no way to contact them for situations like this that arise!
