Today we arrived and could not check into the hotel because my sister was missing a letter in her name. We have been here for hours we have not eaten anything they will not give us a room. They are saying that we have to pay an extra 700 dollars for tonight. We are at a lost for words and now they are telling us that we cannot stay inside the hotel. We have no where else to go we have already paid for the room. They are saying that we cant sit in the lobby either. I am never coming here again the managers keeps saying that there is nothing that they can do about this matter.
