Got the delivery in decent time and good shape - waited a while to open boxes - was remodeling the room for it - and when I did - parts were in need of repair. I only bought the frame from Cottonwood - thank goodness. Did the 'call Tech Support' - got a tech support not available msg. Tried the e-mail option - I've waited 10 days for the 'reply in one day' claim. Am in the process of having all parts re-drilled so I can put it together. This was to be the guest room sleeping option - I would have been better off spending my money on a high speed air mattress...had I not already spent the money for a really good mattress - I would dump this piece of *** and go that way.. I would never recommend this company to anyone Carol in Texas
