Corporate Contract

We have a contract with Zain for our company. A mobile number was added to our contract that did not belong to us and we have never requested for. We paid for this number for many months and finally launched a complain in Sept 2020. Its going to be almost an year now and the issue remains unresolved. If there is any award for the worst customer services...Zain would be the contender.
