On march 23 contractors of bc hydro showed up in our alley. There was no notice provided. This resulted in no power for the day. During their work they cut or damaged the Adam line to my home. They didn't talk with me about it. They did not repair it. Instead they looped the wire and taped it. I called bc hydro who apologized but did nothing. I have now bee without service for Adam for a week. With everyone pointing fingers. This is a cluster and extremely frustrating as the telecom company keeps saying it must be my modem. And on and on.
