Contract auto renew

As my business grew we added more and more lines. We have been with ring central for 5 years. We tried to cancel a number because we let go an employee, we are in for a surprise. We have auto renew contract and we can’t remove a line for another 6 months. Seems really unfair. Try calling them and all they talk about is this stupid contract that auto renews every year with out any notifications.
