I live on a culdesac on Noble Circle, one block east of Jewel Lake Rd., off Dimond (9040 Noble Circle)... Your public work section is (miss)managing a project in all our backyards and has been for four years. They allowed contaminated soils to be used in the construction of building pads less than fifty feet from our backyards. They allowed our greenbelt (Campbell Creek drainage) to be torn out and didn't push for rapid replacement of the trees and storm drain system (one house flooded this past spring and we experience earthquake damage because the greenbelt root system is gone). They have not pushed for the replacement of fences damaged by contractors and they go unfixed. Mismanagement of construction projects that include federal watersheds and affect this many taxpayers is unconscionable and unprofessional... IMMEDIATE ACTION is called for! Please advise what you intend to do about it, or do I need to go higher with this request?
