CONSTANT disappointment with both Website AND customer service

To be perfectly honest.....I LOATHE that I love their coffee so much!!! My household uses a sleeve a day. It is a VERY RARE occasion that I order from Nespresso and DON'T have issues. Whether it be that it says my payment method is invalid, my address is invalid, my order doesn't arrive within 3 weeks, phone orders are incorrect, their shipping status is bogus...... ALWAYS SOMETHING!!! A "Loyal Customer" whom they "appreciate" for more than 3.5 years. User's recommendation: Buckle up.... it's going to be a bumpy ride!
