Consistent NO delivery

We subscribe to Barrons here in Fort Myers, FL which is occasionally delivered along with our daily WSJ. Our local carrier has been consistently reliable with the daily paper, but the last month we have received no Barrons. The Barrons phone representative , whose English was questionable, assured us the matter would be resolved but, here it is Saturday again with no paper. The annoying fact is that Barrons is always available approximately 1/2 mile away at our local Publix grocery store; the paper is delivered to this vicinity so its not a shipping problem. Why then isnt my carrier getting mine for delivery? Were being charged for a product we dont receive and are told we cant get a refund, we can only extend the subscription.How convenient! Buyer beware! User's recommendation: Do not believe the representative.
