After being a Hotwire customer for over 2 years, my latest bill was nearly double what I was paying. When I called customer service, I was told that I was being billed an introductory rate. I then contacted some of their competition, and found that all the others charged less than Hotwire's new charge, with MagicJack the cheapest. ye yyyyyy about the same for a whole year as Hotwire User's recommendation: Hotwire does not have a Customer Retention number!
