Concern of a scam in your name

I want to speak with somebody at Malware bytes. Recently I was approached by somebody who claimed to be Malwarebytes and they worked on my computer or at least they claimed they did and they have a help number on my computer. But there is nobody in the company to talk to. This might be a major scam. But I am helpless in there customer service system. Is it really customer service?
