Completely screwed up order

Update by user Jun 17, 2021 I had sent an email requesting a full refund (including shipping) and have not heard anything back from them. Just crickets . . . still waiting. Original review posted by user May 14, 2021 I ordered a balloon/flower arrangement a month before my sisters 50th birthday for delivery on the 12th. I got an email the afternoon of the 12th that it can't be delivered as there are no florists in her area. I call *** as she lives in MA. Needless to say after 2 phone calls, plus speaking to a manager. They still managed to completely screw the order up. She got a VERY small arrangement with no balloons. I've already told them I want the balance refunded. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They can't get any part of the order right.
