I ordered a hospital bed on 9/2 -- it has been 30 days and I am still waiting. They did the run around about waiting for the doctor to sign another form, but didn't want me to contact the doctor. They fail to return calls. I have had 3 days waiting for the delivery of the bed with no shows, cancellations, and no return calls. This business is supposed to be knowledgeable about medical/senior care -- they are far from it. This business is a joke. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
