We were promised some dolphin diving to tour the moon palace. Of course it turned into a hard sale and not simply a tour. We were promised amazing perks to buy a 7500$ membership. We have recently tried to use our membership and it’s a total scam. We get virtually nothing promised as the main perks we were told were for the life of the membership apparently expired in 1 year. Very dishonest resort and sales people. It’s sad that anyone could deceive in such a way with a smile on their face.
