Complaint Unhappy Stay

I Evelyn Caver have through out the years have been a returning customer/player. My experience for my stay 7/5, check out 7/7/2021, Room1124, was very disappointing. I started off thinking I was getting an up grade because rooms wasnt ready, but the up charge was not an upgrade, the room smelled bad and the balcony is filthy. So I complain the manager reimburse move me to another room, it was no better, the balconies filthy, room smelled like Boo-boo. They came down and spray some disinfect. User's recommendation: Get you some caring housekeepers, rugs dirty and trashy looking. Owners need to review their Hotel it has gone down amazingly.
