Complaint Resolved

A charge was made to my Paypal account and the gift card I bought disappeared from the Ace Hardware website. On the Paypal website I filed a complaint and Honey responded giving me the gift card number and a code and the amount. I used the gift card information on the Ace Hardware website and it worked. The complaint is now resolved. User's recommendation: Follow the procedure I discribed if it applies.
