Hi my name is K. Nireesha. I took kolors treatment initially from Tirupati. Later my office was opened in Bangalore so I transferred my treatment to Bangalore again due to corona cases my was closed and hostel also closed. I don't have option to stay in Bangalore and take treatment. I requested my transfer from Bangalore to Tirupati. They are asking me to pay 10,000 for transfer. These and all no one informed me before itself. I can't pay the 10k now. How can I get my treatment done in kolors Tirupati branch. Already I paid 120,000 in kolors again asking me to pay 10,000 which is really not fare. Kindly help me to get my transfer done from Bangalore BTM branch to Tirupati branch. If I'm not taking treatment means what is the use of paying that much big amount. Please help me out
