I’ve started back working at Fresh Market and we have a new Deli manager her name is Kristy. And she is always rude when she speaks to me, and also rude to other employees. I have also giving her my availability the days I can and can not work. And she still scheduled me to work day I can’t, which causes me to call out. And if I call out too many times I’ll lose my job. Which I don’t want that to happen. I personally feel like she is out to get me fired.
