Complaint of racism

I was treated very bad at one time they thought I stole some items being a black man that thought I stole instead of returning and I wish to file a complaint for I file a racial complaint with the federal government User's recommendation: Watch or racism the all Races here in California with Smart & Final in Los Angeles California.
