very bad experience .there is no one responsibility for customer complaints.i registered complaint since 21.04.2021 .but there is no resolution till now.customer care tells again and again parts pending. Very bad company for electronics . If parts is not available in company why are u selling product. User's recommendation: Pls not purchase whirlpool items to avoid complaints and no any resolution.
