Complaint for bad services Sears Auto Center

I purchased a set of tires for one of my vehicles in May. I requested road hazard but was denied and told that the store didn’t offer it at the time but that I would be grandfathered in when they started offering it again. Today I had an issue with a tire and it ended up needing to be replaced. I found out that I was lied to and that there is no grandfathering in on the road haZard issue and that I’m not allowed to purchase roads hazard for the other 3 tires I purchased. I spoke to the store manager Norman and was told that he couldn’t sell me road hazard on the tires that I purchased but that I would have it on the one that I was buying today. After this I call to speak to someone at the customer service line and wait on hold for 30 minutes. I was then told that there systems were down and that I should call back in 30 min to an hour. WORST SERVICE EVER! At this point I don’t think Sears will ever see another cent of my money.
