Update by user Jun 05, 2021 Nothing is happening yet ,IFB didn't respond & on top of that they also did not have any working contact number where a grieving consumer could complain & know what can be done in order to resolve the issue. Original review posted by user May 06, 2021 Because nothing is happening.i had my washing machine repaired by the guys send by the IFB complaint centre but i think those technician didn't know there work.my washing machine didn't worked even for 2 wash cycles after that I'm continuosly trying to reach those guys but every time they either not respond to my calls or if they pick the call ,just gave lame excuses. So now i just want that the company should refund me back the money(Rs 2500) which i gave to those frauds send by IFB as soon as possible Thanks
