The lab is definitely understaffed! Even though I checked in online, after about 45 minutes of not getting a text, I went inside. The line of people said they weren't taking people by appointment, just wait inline. So why do you take appointments if you can't honor them? When I finally got in, she was having to do the computer work and the blood draw. Things would have gone much quicker (and maybe you could have honor your appointments) if there had been more staff to speed the process. On the other had, she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was thorough and did a great job to be sure people were comfortable and taken care of. wprk User's recommendation: Have one person to enter computer data, and another to do blood draws.
