I bought the Pro Hairbrush about 2-3 months ago from Walgreens. The little beads on the ends of the bristles are coming off. That makes the bristles very sharp and are scratching my scalp when I use the brush. I no longer have the receipt since this has never happened before and saw no reason to save it considering the reputation of your company. User's recommendation: Be aware that this may happen and look for molded ends to the bristles.
