Complaint about incompetence

I had accidentally lockedmy screen requiring a password to open. I contacted tech coach for Verizon. He said he could help me and started reading his book and sent me through backup an reset my phone to factory settings, then restore. My phone was just right beforehand but now it is f****d up. It did not fully restore. All he had to do was send me to lock screen and to none and it would be done, yet I have lost some pictures and I have things on my phone I never had. some subscriptizDonDont some emails
