Good afternoon, This is to bring to your attention the quality of service provided by Cenlar, your line of credit associate is below Citibank standard. After paying off my home equity line of credit, I contacted Cenlar and requested that the account be closed. My husband and I completed the form that we received from Cenlar and sent it back with the required bank check of $75.00. Rather than received our deed back from the NY State, Cenlar extended the life of the line of credit for 20 years without authorization. The 75.00 assessment was returned to us. I ask that Citibank investigate this matter. User's recommendation: Do not do business with Cenlar.
