Good day I bought bus ticket(return) at checkers vanderbijlpark,ticket from vereeniging to durban for my parents, the cashier did not tell us that bus from durban to vereeniging will start at bloemfontein,I took the ticket and went home,when I arrive at home my mom asked me why will the bus take 15 hours to arrive at vereeniging,I called intercape and the guy didn't say anything about durban,he only said the ticket is correct,my problem here is my parents had to pay again from their pockets for new tickets to vereeniging,and they said there was indian guy who tiered the ticket that I bought,why he did that because he said ticket is not working or he was going to use it for someone else,we are taken as fools here, my parents are pensioners yet they pay extra money for what ?I am very disappointed, I want my parents ticket unused or refund Your response will be highly appreciated Evelyn Mofolo 0728178148
