Good day. I want to lodge a complain. I went to Pick a Pay on the 11 June 2021. I went to buy buns and tomatoes, as I went to the till and slide all to the casher, I took my wallet out off my handbag the lady at the till ask me did I inform the guard at the doors about my spay and a bottle of chewing gum 6 in it. I said no because I always just walk in with my back and also I know it is wrong my back is always open. she said no I must go to the security. from the till I saw the lady at the doors, before I could even reach her, the cashier scream at the lady at the doors to stop me (don't know why because I'm not going to run infact I know I did not do anything wrong so why will I run), anyway I ask the lady and told her the stories, and then I ask her what do I have to do now. she then said I must go and pay for it again. not even an option to check the cameras nothing I must just go and pay I mean 6 chewing gum in a bottle of 48 wow. anyway I paid and I left . please tell me how fair is this. and why I only lodges the complain now is because I had covid and I isolate myself because I do think of other people This happened on the 11 June 2021 just before 13.00 Thank you Sonja Mitchell [protected]@gmail.com
