I checked into the Red roof inn on Business I-35 North service road in New Braunfels Texas and I checked in at a little after 3:00 it's now 4:22 I went inside the room 3:00 a.m. and 4:22 a.m. I went inside the room found bloody handprints all over the walls in the restroom no toilet paper broken dresser and the room is filthy I immediately came back to the front office demanded my money back he refused as I've been here for 3 hours this is totally unacceptable and not what it was expecting when I went to the state this establishmentavoid
