Complain to Jollychic mother company in China against Jollychic-KSA & Zajil company

I suffer a lot in returns items because of bad quality or wrong item or wrong size or items not as described, I suffer to find shipping company take less money to return, After all I found Zajil company to return, Zajil refused to give me an direct invoice after they took 130SR And said will send you through email or what's up, Then when I sent to Jollychic customer service to return my money, they refused to refund me, and now more than 14days I'm in between Jollychic customer service and Zajil customer service and both of them bad in response and bad service and Zajil shipment number Z300****&Z300****, please call me and return my money . I complained to Saudi ministry of commerce, and both Jollychic customer service and Zajil customer service knows that, but they ignored my emails!.
