Company won’t respond or send me my money back after return

I purchased a faucet from Decorglobe. It took about 6-8 weeks to arrive. Once I received it, I noted quickly that it wasn't going to fit my existing shower set up. I called within a few days of receiving and it took over a month (and many, many follow-ups) to get someone to give me a return authorization. I returned the item. They received the item in early September. I never received any money back. I have emailed and called numerous times and no one has replied to my emails in weeks. When I call they just hang up the phone. I have tried everything I can to get them to give my money back but nothing has worked. I confirmed they received the product. I almost never write reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt but they basically stole my money at this point. User's recommendation: Do not use this website.
